We offer a first class service in terms of quality at the right price.
Being wargamers ourselves we much prefer to command units that are
miniature works of art rather than hurriedly painted, mass-produced units.
Our style is consistent and we take enormous pride in our finished work,
each piece is researched to give you miniatures with as much historically accurate
attire as possible, but with character.
We
use Vallejo, Games Workshop and The Army Painter paint systems and cater for most periods in
history as well as fantasy and future.
Ancients, Medieval, English Civil War, Thirty Years War, Napoleonic Wars, The Great
War, WWII, Vietnam, Modern military skirmishes i.e. Mogadishu '93, Middle
Eastern, Fantasy, and Futuristic covered, but we never rule anything out.
Just let us know what you
need and we'll provide the rest.

We have found that the lack of server space for
the Battle Colours website is restricting our business and therefore, a
new 'sister' website has been created. Not only a new website but a new
name. Kindred Miniatures. The new website will cater for all our sales of wargame miniatures, games, accessories and rules etc, leaving the Battle
Colours website as it orginally started.... dedicated to our wargame miniatures
painting service.

Independence 1295 - 1314

20/11/2008 English Civil War and the Thirty
Years War 28mm miniatures coming soon!
It’s early days, but three great
plastic boxed sets of 28mm hard plastic miniatures are in the wings and
more being designed by Warlord Games.
The first two are classic Parliament and
Royalist units, and the third Scots Covenanters
- all infantry. The boxes will have 36 troops in them - a mix of pike
and shot, command and colours to suit. We see big units of 12 pike
flanked by 24 shot giving a superb-looking regiment. Those who want to
field smaller units or larger units will have no trouble in mixing and
matching other boxed sets as all of the series will have fully
interchangeable hats and arms, enabling the dedicated ECW and TYW gamer
to really go to town on his units showing how diverse the men really
looked in this conflict.
